Roofing Systems
Single Ply - Single ply roofing is made from
large waterproof sheets applied directly to the
roof deck or on top of insulation.
Modified Bitumen - Modified bitumen roofs are
factory- fabricated sheets using fiberglass or
polyester, laminated with rubberized asphalt.
Built Up System - Built-up roofs are multiple
layers of fiber glass felts adhered with hot
asphalt and surfaced with various products.
Metal Roof- Metal roofs are fabricated primarily
from steel, aluminum and aluminized steel. They
are available with long life finishes or
unfinished.
